Every weekday morning, we use simple breath and awareness practices to:

3. The Design — Intention & Direction
From a calm inner state, you set clear intention for the day.

The Morning Circle is precise, punctual, and respectful of your time.

Choose Your Morning Slot (Mon–Fri):

  • 6:00 – 7:00 AM

  • 7:00 – 8:00 AM

  • 8:00 – 9:00 AM

  • 9:00 – 10:00 AM

If you miss a session, a recording is available for 24 hours.

Live participation is encouraged.
Flexibility exists to support consistency — not perfection.
